Existing Customers
If you’ve created an account on our customer portal previously, simply log into your existing account using your email and password. If you believe that you’re a previous customer, but don’t have portal access, or are having trouble logging in, you can simply send us a quick email and we’ll put on the schedule.
Once logged in, you can schedule a your backflow test by clicking “assemblies” and then the schedule button. If you don’t see the schedule button, it generally means that it has been less than one year since we last tested. If this is the case, just send us a quick email and we’ll put you on the schedule.
In the portal, you can also view or change other aspects of your account including your address, email, phone number, previous test reports and invoices
NEW Customers
To schedule a new backflow test or view pricing and details, please click the button below to visit our customer portal. Here, you’ll enter a few details, choose the type of test you need, and click “schedule.”
That’s it!
An account and a test request will be automatically created for you, and you’ll receive a confirmation in your email. Please make sure to read and follow the instructions in the email to ensure access to your account in the future.
